2013 is whittling down. On behalf of Engage Consulting we’d like to wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyful year ahead.
I also want to take a quick look at how this year shaped up in terms of my blogging and where it’s headed in the future.
– I wrote approximately 60 posts in 2013. That’s roughly a post a week.
– The most popular broad categories on the blog were (in the following order): human resources, HR perspectives, leadership, talent management, Asia, managers, communication and inspiration.
– The most popular posts from January 2013 to November 2013 were:
Are You Being Bullied By Your Boss? Bully Back!
The Interview IQ: Great Questions for Candidates to Ask
Celebrating Ten Awesome Years In Pakistan
Looking back at these stats, I can surmise that topics which are controversial, helpful and sentimental have fared better and been consistently popular. In fact the post “Are you Being Bullied By Your Boss” remains my most consistent search traffic generator.
Which brings me to … 2014.
As many of you may have noticed, I’ve decided to notch up my blogging for the upcoming year. Starting this December you’ve seen me tackle more serious, controversial and motivational topics. And I’m now blogging on my new website Paul Keijzer. So, what’s in a name?
All these changes are an effort on my part to bring you the most resourceful information to help you in your role as savvy leaders managing talent in Asia. But I’m going to need your help.
If you’ve enjoyed reading the posts here, then I’d love to hear what more you’d like to read about from me.
Just send an email to: blog@paulkeijzer.com with your thoughts in any form – raw info, rough ideas, wishlist, words of wisdom, criticism – anything that lets me know how I can help you be a better leader, manager and visionary.
Together, let’s make 2014 really great.
p.s. No matter how many emails I receive, I will read each and every one of them, so please do write in at: blog@paulkeijzer.com
Happy holidays all!
