What to Expect the Rest of 2014
In the next few months there will be lots more on leadership tactics but I’m most excited about an “Outbreak” series that I’ve been working on. It covers everything you need to know to organize a company retreat to foster team spirit. There really is no better way to get your leadership team aligned and I’m excited to show you the Outbreak model I use in the hopes that you can apply it to your company.
